Dubby hardcore, 17 Sep 2008
Very nice. Mesmeric, basstastic, driving, cheesy, joyous. Of its time. Younger listeners may find it too simple and clean sounding.

The same old tunes, but poorly produced, 16 Oct 2008
I've always loved Zion Train's moderately predictable dulcet dub tones, and "Live As One" continues in a pleasant, similar genre. But what it lacks in inspiration, it sadly lacks in production too. Whereas the previous albums ooze creamy bass and punchy dub, this is weak and gutless. Those listening on an iPod with a speaker system the size of a tuppeny piece won't notice the difference - plug it into something with a bit of serious drive, and wait for the dissapointment. A good album let down by poor engineering.
