this has everything that one expects of Shaka, and more. Sound varies between his usual jumping bass rhythms and a more chilled out style that suits him well. For anyone who has seen him live, this is probably as close to reliving the experience as one can get.

As the title suggests, this album hits heights of biblical proportions(sorry i couldn't resist that), but it's true!. Jah Shaka is a genius and this album would not be out of place at the gate way to heaven. Simplistic deep dub bass lines with layered synth delays that blend in and out. Anyone who appreciates dub will love this album. You must buy this.

Cool and deadly!, 12 Jul 2001
The second Disciples set for Shaka is more complex than the first album which was done 2 years earlier. The Disciples had upgraded their studio from a 4 track to an 8 track set up and the band makes good use of the better equipment. On these fuller more contemporary tunes one can detect a greater keyboards presence with the melodica being featured on most of the tracks. Majestic stuff!
