For Wrestling AND Music Fans.., 21 Dec 2006
I'm not a big wrestling fan atall, and originally only bought this CD for the songs by Our Lady Peace, Drowning Pool and Creed.
But having heard them, i noticed other songs such as 'Ride Of Your Life' and 'Never Gonna Stop' were extremely good aswell. Also the slightly more discreet bands like Stereomud and Boy Hits Car have fantastic songs on this CD, with Lovefurypassionenergy being my favourite song on the album.
This CD is not just for wrestling fans, it's also a great album for any of the millions of music lovers out there.
Personal favourites:
Whatever - Our Lady Peace
One of a Kind - Breaking Point
Live for the Moment - Monster Magnet
End of Everything - Stereomud
Lovefurypassionenergy - Boy Hits Car
WWE Forceable Entry, 15 Apr 2006
Best album so far. Some of the tracks have stood the test of time, and are still being used today. This shows how good the songs are. Perfect partner to WWE Anthology - Also worth a look. ROCK ON WRESTLING!!!
Well worth it!, 12 Nov 2003
This may be a little out of date now but it still has good stuff on there its also a perfect companion to WWE RAW 2 for x-box 'cause you can get R.V.D's real music amongst others. Besides that any wwe fan would have this in thier collection purley because it has trax loved and hated across the world. why not get the feel in your own room. Chant 'you suck' along with kurt angles theme or sceam in loving lust for 'Legs' stacys theme. Whoever you like or hate there bound to be one track on this that you can invent your own entrance routine on. Well worth buying.

Product Description
It's not easy being an Everton fan--glamorous neighbours, years of underachievement. Thank god, then, for the pleasures of song, where reality never stands in the way of a good lyric. With the best will in the world, even the staunchest of supporters would be hard pressed to defend some of the claims made on Forever Everton, but these are hazy memories of happier days when the boys were world beaters and Wembley heroes. Or at least that's how it sounds now. Fans will be familiar with many of the tracks here, including the Blues' towering version of the Farm's "All Together Now", one-time terrace favourite, "Duncan, Duncan Ferguson"-to the tune of Pet Shop Boys' "Go West"--and of course the classic Goodison Park calling card, "Z-Cars". Elsewhere, the material is a pleasing, football-tinged mixture of the idiosyncratic, the adrenaline-fuelled and the genuinely touching. The Strands' "Toffee's Tale" is warm-hearted pop that wouldn't look out of place on a Boyzone b-side, while "Ever Blue, Ever True, Everton" is possibly the most melancholy song ever written, let alone to appear on a football compilation. It also features a finely blown bagpipe--that classic Merseyside wind instrument. The most recent track on this 1999 collection is the FA Cup anthem of 1995 and until it becomes tradition to serenade relegation struggles or mid-table mediocrity, it seems fair to assume that updates will not be necessary for the foreseeable future. --Iain Campbell

Only writing a review of this to take the official reviewer to task. Our friends across the park "glamorous"!? I don't think so! Still the CD contains some nice moments like the version of "The Royal Blue Mersey" and the efforts of the Toffee Rappers "Eh mate, can I mind yer car?". Wouldn't exactly recommend you buy it but if you've got a few quid spare it's probably worth a punt. Beware though, Z Cars is not on it!

A good footy album, 13 May 2006
Although most of the songs are not sung by the original artists, it is a good album for all your World Cup 2006 parties.
The DVD is a good bonus, especially for your younger football fans.

This boxed set states that it is a collection of favourite football songs by various artists. What it fails to say is that the various artists are not the original artist and so this is a very disappointing collection. I do not recommend this to anybody it is a cheap imitation.
Complete Waste Of Money, 06 Jun 2008
Bought this hoping to use it for a football presentation night and was bitterly disappointed. Few ( if any at all ) of the tracks are the original versions. Various artists - none of who are listed and none of who I would imagine we have ever heard of before. If you want a good football songs CD I would recommend 'The Best Footie Anthems Ever' which includes Vindaloo, Three Lions, Eat My Goal, we are the Champions, Carnaval De Paris, Nessun Dorma and many others - all are originals.

This is the greatest compilation of 20th Century music that has ever been compiled. Whether you are a Bluenose, Football Fan, Sports Fan or just appreciate good music then this is the album for you. On his deathbed, Ludwig Van Beethoven was heard to exclaim; "oh, if only I could write a song like "Barry's Boys" I could die a happy deaf dude."

Well worth buying.
quality film!!!, 08 Jun 2007
What a film, missed it at the cinema back in '04 but just seen it last week and have watched it 3 times since then.
dyer's performance blows charlie hunnam's posh boy, rubbish cockney accent from Green street out the water!!
frank harper is superb! btw can anyone tell me the name of the artist/tune thats playin when raffer n zeberdee are snortin coke in the flat and when they tax that black guys rock on the estate?its d and b.
excellent film, excellent soundtrack, 11 Nov 2005
fantastic movie, fantastic soundtrack...pity Just A Little More Love by David Guetta is not included in the cd
Great soundtrack..., 05 Aug 2005
Shame a few of the tunes I am interested in aren't on the album. Anyone know the name of the track playing when the two kids get kicked off the coach and almost fight the scousers?
Soundtrack, 16 Nov 2004
The song getting played in the club is David Guetta - Just a Little More Love. Quality tune and quality CD. Best song by a mile though is Swastika Eyes!
amazing, 13 Nov 2004
whats the name of the song thats playing when there drinking the cheeky tequilas with the ladys and wen there in taxi driving through london nightline ne1 know?
Not exactly a must buy but it will make you smile at times, 13 Jul 2007
Very decieving, 22 Sep 2008
Positive anion matrix wins, 27 Oct 2008
I whole heartedly support the disabled, but this is ridiculous. Now they want our women? I've a good mind to say something y'know.
Are you a Birmingham City Fan!, 15 Apr 2007
If you are a Birmingham City fan then this is the CD for you.
Keep it for the long summer and when you wish the footy play the CD and hear the Birmingham City National Song! KEEP RIGHT ON TO THE END OF THE ROAD!
If God had ears (and he does) he'd listen to this, 14 Oct 2000
This is the greatest compilation of 20th Century music that has ever been compiled. Whether you are a Bluenose, Football Fan, Sports Fan or just appreciate good music then this is the album for you. On his deathbed, Ludwig Van Beethoven was heard to exclaim; "oh, if only I could write a song like "Barry's Boys" I could die a happy deaf dude."
viva el fulham is ruined, 21 Oct 2003
My father and his sister who are life long fulham fans and i am carrying on the tradition have waited for the day the "viva el Fulham" song came out on CD because we only had it On the old Records. The only thing is, we have purchased this CD on two occassions and have found on both CD's that the "Viva el Fulham" song stutters half way through it for two seconds. To say we was dissapointed is an understatement! The songs on it are absolutely brilliant, it is just such a shame that the main song is ruined.
There's only one F in Fulham, 29 Nov 2001
Good grief! Even a die-hard Fulham fan (such as me) would find it hard to make a space for this in their collection. In fact, the only reason I'm here writing this is that I'm buying a copy as a Christmas present for my equally-obsessed brother (don't tell him). Still, at least it isn't "Blue is the colour...". File under "Cottaging".

Cheap re-recorded rubbish, 18 Jul 2006
Don't buy this - none of the songs are the original recordings. It's someone's idea of making a quick buck. Utter rubbish. I would re-sell but I've got a conscience so I'm just shoving it in the bin. Haven't yet found an authentic CD of football songs - surely someone should sort that out! Maybe in time for Euro 2008.
